The people are very friendly and helpful, with a diverse age population including many families. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is a very small development which is situated on a continuous loop. My home is facing green space and a line of woods. The townhouses make up a small portion of the development, where it is mainly single family homes owned by middle to high income earners.
