The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. It is private with a shady back lot with nice views out each window. The house comes with new patio furniture so you can sit outside in the morning enjoying your coffee with a view. Lawncare services comes with the house. There is a Greenway across the street. It runs out I.C. King Park where you will find a fishing pier and 8 miles of hiking trails. A three minute drive will get you to a large dog park at the entrance of I.C. King Park. If you go in the other direction on the Greenway you will reach Maloney Park in a few minutes. There is a playground, pavilion and a boat launch there. The house has a fenced in backyard with a dog door to it. Volunteer Vet Hospital is located on the next street. I have gotten Vet Techs from there to look after my pets when i was out of town. There are tennis/PB courts that are 3 minutes away. U.T. Hospital is only 6 minutes from the house. U.T. Campus and Publix is 8 minutes away. The airport is 10 minutes from the house. My last tenants lived in the house for eight years. This is my only rental house. I am retired so i respond quickly to any problems. Two pet limit. A one time Deposit of $250 is required. The tenant is not responsible for lawn care or cleaning off the roof. The Tenant is responsible for all utilities and garbage pickup. Lease is for one year. A one month deposit is required. A month's notice of not renewing the lease is required. Tenants are required to obtain and present Renters Insurance. No smokers can rent the house.
