Looking for someone to take over my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment lease. This is a third floor apartment and it is owned/operated by "The Century at Purdue Research Park". I will moving out in early January and the lease runs through the end of June, so a little more than 5 months are left on my lease. This apartment is currently leasing for over $2000 a month, so if you want to save ~$400 a month for the first 5 months of the lease, this is a great option. There is nothing wrong with the apartment or management, I have had a great experience thus far. I'm moving due to my job. Tours available upon request. Message me with an question you may have. Renters must cover all utilities for the apartment including... - Water/Sever - Electric - Renters insurance (required) - Internet (if desired) The only fee for taking over the lease is a one time, $50 application fee through the management.
