My roommate and I are reluctantly leaving our beautiful rental home and need to find someone to replace us on the lease. We've absolutely loved living here. It's been a nice, quiet, calm neighborhood and neighbors. The landlords have been perfect (don't bother you and respond when you do need to bother them.) The house is HUGE! Vaulted ceilings in the living room and huge windows that let in tons of natural light. There's a dishwasher and granite counter tops in the large kitchen. Two bathrooms. Four bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookups. Central A/C and heat. A large fenced in backyard, a bunch of mint growing in the backyard, and tons of lavender bushes in the front yard. It's a 5 minute walk to Rossborough Park. Pets allowed per the lease. 2 car garage. The whole place has always felt clean and updated.
