Standard utilities included in monthly rent. Minimum 28 day rental required. No smoking inside. Respect for the property, its furnishings & fixtures is a must. Landlords are one call away for questions, maintenance checks, and other services. Landlords will coordinate trash & recycling pick up with Renters. Landlords will coordinate pool & hot tub heating schedules with Renters. Landlords will conduct all outdoor and indoor routine maintenance and upkeep. Weekly cleaning service is required and to be performed by our hired cleaner. Renter is required to pay $150/week for cleaning fee.
