Furniture will be removed if long term rental once tenant signs lease. If short term rental, one to three month lease, the home can stay furnished. The buildings on the property are used for landlord use, and are not available to tenant. Tenants can use the attached two car garage. Travelers welcome! If short term rental, one to three months, rent is $2,200 per month and includes all utilities. In this case, there is no requirement to put utilities in tenants name. Lease will be signed monthly. If long term rental, greater than three months, rent is $1,700 per month. Rent DOES NOT include monthly utilities including power, water and oil bill. The home is heated by oil, Thompson Gas Oil Company. The tenant is responsible for putting power, water and oil bill in their name and paying monthly utilities in a timely manner. Landlord pays the monthly oil rental tank fee. Lease will be signed in six month increments. Tenant is responsible for trash removal weekly. Close proximity to trash disposal site. Landlord will maintain yard mowing grass. If rules are not followed, including trash removal and pet policy, landlord has the discretion to end lease agreement. Total $1,000 deposit required with first month's rent. $350 Cleaning fee upon tenant lease ending will be kept by landlord. Refundable deposit of $650 if no damages or repairs are necessary. Serious inquiries only. Three references will be required; one of which will be employer. References must include someone that has known you for two years or more and non family members.
