The bedrooms range in size from comfortably large to enormous; one room has a balcony overlooking the backyard. The two full bathrooms are located on the second and third floor. There is central heating and window A/C in every room. There are a washer and dryer in the basement. We're a safe 5-10 minute walk away from Homewood campus. There is also plenty of street parking available. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. The house has a sunny backyard, which faces into a small public park.
