It's just a quick drive to the Kenai River. For travel nurses, the Central Peninsula Hospital is about 10 minutes away. This house is all yours and the owner does not live on site. It can be difficult to keep the heat above 66-68F in the coldest parts of the winter with just the in-floor heating, but there is a wood stove in the center of the house that will help keep it cozy. I will have some firewood on the property. Looking to do at least a 6 month lease. House is fully furnished, has pots pans, dishes, etc. Utilities included up to $100 for gas, $100 electric. Wifi is included. No smoking or vaping. There is a move-out cleaning fee of $150 due with first month's rent.
