Hello, I have a basement room available in a house in south Denver. The house is 10 minutes from downtown Denver and 30 minutes away from Idaho Springs. No smoking in the house. The house is available now, long or short term leases. Rent would be $825 (includes utilities). The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, I am currently working on building a master bedroom making it a 3 bed 2 bath. So we would share a bathroom until that project is done. I just moved to Denver last August. I graduated from Iowa State University last May. My hobbies include anything outside, my favorites are hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and rafting. Owner pays for all utilities, dogs acceptable
