We are both low-maintenance, high-work ethic professionals in our early thirties. We've got 1 year left on the lease but I'm getting my own place this summer, so I'm subletting the remainder of my lease. My roommate is staying on through the end of the lease, so that's who you'd be sharing the apartment with. This is a beautiful apartment and it is the bigger of the two rooms that is available. This building has absolutely everything you could ask for - doorman, laundry, gym, private courtyard, basketball court, dry cleaning, mail room - and the views from my room are amazing. Our landlord is also fantastic and attentive. The location is also excellent. You're 1 block away from Target. Fairway is on the corner next to a Rite Aid, and Trader Joe's is 3 blocks away. Lots of bars and restaurants on third avenue, and the 6 train is about 4 blocks away. What's key to us is finding a quality roommate to take my spot. I'm looking to begin subletting on either August 15th or August 22 of this year, and the lease runs until June 2022. I have our landlord's written consent to sublet.
