The apartment do require renter insurance that can be purchase through them for about $12 a month or you can use your own. Although the pictures are shown to have wooden floors, the living room and bedroom are actually carpet. There will be one reserve parking space in the parking lot for you. It is near downtown. Also, the A and Z line is on the block. The P and Q line is one block away. We are looking for serious renters, and if you have any questions, feel free to give me a call. You would have to pay for your own internet, water, and pge bill. The lease ends on June 31.
