You will LOVE all of the modern updates and Old World charm of this Monrovia Bungalow. Charm, charm and more charm - both old and new charm! Did I say charm? As you pull up to the home, you will notice the sweet, spacious front porch that overlooks the front yard boasting colorful rose bushes and a lovely stag horn that is wrapped around the palm tree. Entering into the living room, you are greeted with original hardwood floors and windows and a sweet stained glass Dutch door to the kitchen. The owners have created a wonderful master en suite - your escape at the end of the day! Don't miss the beautiful vintage leaded window above the claw foot tub! The kitchen is Tiffany blue with a fantastic metal tile back splash. Bosch appliances, a pot filler and storage galore is just the beginning of this kitchen great room - an additional vintage leaded window, vaulted ceiling and French doors with side lights to the back yard/patio area make this the perfect place for all family and friend gatherings.
