If the electricity bill is over $250, the difference will be paid by the tenant. Minimum length of stay of three months, however the term is negotiable if tenant can provide documentation that a change in employment or personal emergency has occurred. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the dwelling. No illegal drugs, no parties, no guests for more than two nights without notification to owners in advance. An additional fee is required for guests staying more than two nights, as well as a background check and lease amendment. Tenant is required to place garbage in provided bins for weekly trash pickup. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home and porches/decks outside the home tidy and free of garbage.
