    This lovely and spacious apartment is for rent in an historic two family home, the apartment occupies the second and third floors. The space could be arranged in a number of ways but has lots of living space; in total there are five large rooms, not counting bathrooms/indoor laundry. Plenty of room for an office or a second bedroom. The kitchen is awesome if you like to cook and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, a ceiling fan and ample sunlight. Bathrooms are newly remodeled, as is the living room, which includes lovely built-in cabinets. Off the living room/hallway is a wonderful porch that is as wide as the house and overlooks the street (feels a bit like you're in a tree house during the warmer months). The third floor is a huge 25' by 25' room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and windows on all four walls and has nice views. The room also has a wonderful walk-in closet (8' x 11'). By the way, all of our ceiling lights have dimmers; it's a small detail, but they're really nice when you want to adjust the mood of your lighting. Window treatments throughout the house are included (unless you don't want them). Tall ceilings, hard wood floors, and beautiful wood trim are throughout the home. Parking in any urban neighborhood can be challenging, but this apartment includes two garages. And when guests arrive, there's ample room for them to park in front of the garages. And speaking of guests, this is an awesome place to entertain; you'll love it. But just a short walk down the street, there are a number great restaurants and drinking establishments. Quick access to the highway, and walk-able to the stadiums and downtown Cincy. A few key details about the apartment: Tenant pays gas and electric, and needs to take their own trash to the curb on Thursday night. We've got nice neighbors and the neighborhood is vibrant. We hate to move, but we're off to a new adventure. Tenant responsible for gas and electric
