I am partial owner of 3430 A and legal owner in fee simple of Bayside Avenue, private street, court ordered recorded in Norfolk. The front home, not included in deed or purchase price, attorneys so anxious to sell, illegally, the deed & tax records are incorrect. James Pickrell Jr. esq. is responsible for an illegal tax auction. The property is landlocked if I decide to enforce court order. New owners very disappointed as they also were lied to by Pickrell and Cullahan, esq & city of Norfolk Treasures affilliates. Legal action against said lawyers pending. New owners will be working with me as I will work with them, they were and are respectful people. Angry. over entire situation with tax sale and unethical and peckulating lawyers/ treasures.
