The neighborhood is extremely quiet and offers two pools, a fitness center, a car wash, two ponds, and walking trails. It is close to all shopping in West Lawrence as well as easy access to I-70. The unit is two floors with a bedroom, full bathroom with double vanity, and laundry room upstairs. Downstairs has the living room with fireplace, a kitchen, coat/storage closet, half bath, and attached garage.
