Our beautiful, spacious Condo has everything you and your family/friends need! 4 miles to Lewes Beach, 5.4 miles to Rehoboth Beach, and 6.6 miles to the beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with lots of natural light is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet community with an elevator, plenty of free parking, and a gated community pool steps away from the building! **Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day** Utilities included. No pets allowed. Plenty of free parking. 3 month minimum stay. It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
