It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All three bedrooms and eating area have windows. Bedroom 1: 16x10.5 with French doors leading out to the backyard. Room also has sink and counter area. Bedroom 2: 10x10 Bedroom 3: 11x10 Kitchen has a pantry and dishwasher. W/D is in unit. STORAGE: There are three secured storage units in the back of unit. There is also another storage area for bikes/bigger gear. PARKING: The two dedicated spots in the driveway are for this unit. You can fit a third car in the driveway or find street parking. OTHER: Tenants in this unit have a nice patio in the backyard. Entrance to the unit is on the side of the house: If you are on 9th, then entrance is on the left side of the home. There is a clear path to the unit from the back of the home-go up the driveway and walk underneath the deck, to the right of the French doors. About the landlords: My husband and I own and manage the rental of this home. We are looking to find good tenants will enjoy the place. The tenants on the top floor are 2 young professionals (one at Amazon) who are respectful, quiet and great people. One of the upstairs tenants works from home. Tenants pay for utilities. Water, Sewer, Gas and Garbage are split across top unit. Tenants must have a credit score of 720 or higher, income to rent ratio must be at least 3x, employment or income verification, and strong rental references. I will consider cosigners for students. Applicants must provide past landlord contacts and proof of income (2 most recent pay stubs) or ability to pay rent. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Additional pet rent of $50/pet is required.
