Enjoy the large, open-concept kitchen and dining room that opens up to a sun-drenched living room. Enjoy your meals at home in our stocked kitchen and dining room. We have everything you need including cookware, cooking basics, spices, cooking oil, and plenty of plates and utensils. The primary bedroom has a small 3-piece bath, a luxurious king-size bed, a large closet and french doors that lead out to a side patio. The playful kids' room includes a twin over full bunk bed, and is filled with games and books. The hall bath includes double sinks and a bathtub. We supply a pack n Play with sheets and a highchair for our guests with little ones. Head out the back slider to a spacious backyard with a mountain view, a large pool and a putting green. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging by the pool. Twinkle lights create a wonderful ambiance at the pool deck for evening swims. Owner pays all utilities, lawn care and pool care. $250 non-refundable pet deposit for each pet, $350 cleaning fee. 30 day minimum lease. Available until Nov 18th
