The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a cute breakfast nook. The backyard is pleasant with a huge Japanese maple shading it and it is completely fenced in. The home includes street parking. I do have a garage that has some available storage space. A well-behaved cat or dog is welcome. I am the owner and I live in a separate apartment in the basement. We will be sharing the laundry room which is separate from both units. We will also be sharing the backyard. I have a part time dog walking/pet sitting business so sometimes one or two dogs will be in my unit. I take no more than two dogs at a time so it will not be an overwhelming amount of dog activity. I am looking for people who are conscientious about taking care of the place, can maintain quiet hours between 10:30 pm and 8:30 am. and appreciate having a friendly relationship with me.
