Centrally located close to Ft. Sill and Cameron University. Large kitchen, large master with built ins and master bath. Tenant pays all utilities. Fence in backyard does have places where a pet could escape so we recommend not leave them unattended. Currently occupied until May 12th which proves difficult to schedule viewings due to shift work of tenant, but can be done.
