Inside and outside all newly painted in the past year. All inside doors painted and new baseboards in all rooms. New carpet on stairs and all the bedrooms in 2021 and the downstairs has all new flooring. New furnace and air conditioning installed in 2020 and solar just installed in October of 2021. All new plumbing throughout the house inside and out in 2010. New roof on the home in 2020 by Los Gatos Roofing and new rain gutters. When new furnace installed and air conditioner added, we redid the electricity and had electrical box redone. In backyard, we have a deck and added a Tuff Shed in 2010 for storage.
