Rent is $1650.00 per month with a 1 yr. lease. First and last month rent is required at move in and a $1650.00 ( refundable with conditions) cleaning/damage deposit is due over a 3 month period after move in. We would much prefer no pets, but would possibly approve a small pet. There is a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $500.00. Owner pays for water. No smoking. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Utilities (Xcel and trash service) are responsibility of tenant.
