Large master suite with his and her closets, dual sinks, jetted tub, and stand-up shower. The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast nook and bay windows. But the best feature is the location! Minutes away from the airport, shopping, restaurants, medical centers, and wonderful park. The house is beautifully furnished and it is an option to move in that we can discuss for those who need a quick move in with minimal fuss. The renter is responsible for all utilities. We have home warranty protection for issues that are due to normal wear and tear. Damage caused by the renter is the renter's responsibility to repair. This price is for a one-year rental, we require 30 days' notice when you desire to end the lease.
