The unit for rent is technically a legal three bedroom, though it is best suited for 1-2 people or a small family. One bedroom is quite small and historically has been used as a home office. This unit can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished. The unit comes with shared access to our beautiful backyard and pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note, you will also be sharing the backyard with our young family and dog. We are located in a fantastic area of Bed Stuy, just one block from Lady Moo Moo and steps to newly remodeled Saratoga Park. Multiple reliable laundry services are within one block of the apartment. Fantastic options for commuting into the city: 5 minute walk to the Ralph Stop on a C line, the J line at Halsey and approximately 15 minute walk to the L at Bushwick Av - Aberdeen. This is strictly a no smoking / no vaping property. Renters must make a combined total of 40x per year and provide first, last and security at time of lease signing.
