Very well built home with redwood sighting; hardwood floors, and enclosed porch. dining room with building glass cabinet, bay window with drawers French drawers from living room to dining room, gas fireplace, entry foyer with closet, new furnace and newer electric convenience to Stan Hewitt St. Vincent Parish Highland Square, John Brown's home and Cuyahoga County national Park. I personally invited in this home over 20 years and if I still had a large family and moved back in. One year minimum lease, no pets we've had bad luck with pets, especially cats and even a lizard because they raised mice and rats to feed the lizard. Cost a couple thousand clean the room up seal the hardwood floors and put carpet down. In August, the tenant say what's that strange smell coming from that room. That's why we're gonna allow pets.
