LEASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Lease Term: The rental agreement shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. The beginning and ending dates of the lease shall be stated in the lease agreement. Utilities: The Landlord shall be responsible for the cost of water and garbage service. The Tenant shall be responsible for all other utilities and services associated with the premises, including, as applicable, electricity, gas, cable, internet, and telephone service.
