This is a home of historic significance in Escondido. The home, which is a California Bungalow, in the Craftsman tradition, was built in 1930 on 2nd Ave, where Bank of America now stands. It, along with a few outbuildings, was moved in the 1950's to its current location. The cottage at the back was built, or significantly remodeled into a home, around that time.
