Thank you for your interest in our property. All leases are 12 months and if you had to move early, you would have to sublet for the remainder of your lease and there is a $100 sublet fee. Rent is one price, not per person and you are able to have up to 2 people in a one bedroom unit. Rent includes internet, water, hot water, sewer, trash and recycling. The heat is electric and you will be responsible for the electric bill and any phone or cable you may have. Underground parking is available for $150 per month (prices subject to change) and there is free bike and moped parking in the garage.We allow up to 2 cats, fish for 30 gallon tank and up to 2 birds. If you have a pet, there is a $300 refundable animal deposit. Our office is on-site and we are here Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm.
