This is a 1 bed 1 bath Tiny house. It comes with fridge, couch that folds down into a bed ,microwave, and 2 burner stove. the main bedroom is upstairs and can fit a king sized mattress. the couch will fold down for a guest bed. the house has a mini split heat pump. there is a small front porch and there is lots of storage inside. water and electric are included in the rent. The only thing you will have to pay outside of your rent is to fill a propane bottle when needed for the gas stove. Electric and water are included 1 year lease. then we can do month to month if needed.
