I have owed my home since 2011. I rented it out after living there for 10 yrs. They people I rented it to started some renovations thru the interior, most of which except the two bedrooms upstairs were left in partial renovation/partial disarray. I've been forced to stay elsewhere since they moved out without my knowledge. There is a plumbing leak and a roof leak. As well as all their crap left through out. I'm a single female and and now in a spot. It does have a large double lot and I believe it does have an incredible amount of potential for someone with the means to do it. At this point, the whole thing has left me in a terrible position. Looking to sell asap. Please text first and I'll call back.
