The home is in a quiet cul de sac- ideal for a family (even room for in-laws in the 'in-law suite'). It is a 3 level single family home: On the main level are the kitchen, half bathroom, family room, living room, laundry (in the attached garage), and a large deck; on a clear day, one can see the Washington Monument from the deck)). All of the 4 bedrooms have blonde, resilient vinyl flooring. The dining room and family room have new carpet (pics will be updated later). -Move in as early as the last week of December . I would need a deposit and a signed lease to secure). -Located in Alexandria (near Telegraph Road and The Parkway intersection- very close to Franconia Rd). It's just a few miles from Old Town and a mile away from the beltway. -Commuting into DC or Fort Belvoir is convenient for both driving and for public transportation (1.5 mi from Huntington Metro but there is a bus that takes 5 minutes to get there); -You will not feel claustrophobic living here. There is plenty of space including a huge deck and a yard where you can grow anything legal; Lastly, I am open to those with 1-2 pets provided that additional cleaning is done periodically and upon move out.
