One bedroom apartment in the basement of my single family home. It has a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The only shared area of the house is laundry. Currently there is no cable TV, but that could be included as well if desired. There is also a private pool in the backyard which can be used, with previous notice to the landlord. It is not "always" available, but generally tenants may use it as well as long as we are not holding parties or it is being cleaned. Neighborhood Description Beautiful old trees line the streets, and the neighbors are friendly and know each other. The kids play together and it is safe and quiet. Its just a great neighborhood!
