Hello all I am a current tenant in a studio looking for someone to take over my lease. The studio is located between Capistrano Beach and Dana Point. All Utilities + internet are included. The reason for my move is I have a friend that has moved back to OC and we would like to get a place, so I need to change to a 2 bedroom. Owners are ok with me finding a replacement tenant and have been very accomadating Looking for someone to take over ASAP. Looking for someone with stable income and preferably a credit score of 720+. There is no laundry on site, however I have been using a portable washer and dryer which has been working great which I can sell for a low cost. All utilities + Internet included Looking for credit score 720+
