The home is newly renovated, in unit laundry, garage for projects, pool, and foosball tables. Big backyard, kitchen, and common spaces. Month to month lease, but open to a longer term. Send me a dm if you're interested and we can see if you're a good fit! Main points on lease: Month to month, longer term preferred. Tenant and Landlord have right to cancel with 30 days notice. No Smoking inside, No guaranteed parking. House Rules: 1. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am on Friday and Saturday. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect others' need for sleep. 2. Kitchen: Pots and pans are to be cleaned immediately after use to allow for other people to cook with them. Other dishware is to be rinsed from food and put into the dishwasher. If the dishwasher is clean (indicated when the soap dispenser is empty), please take the 3 minutes to put the dishes away and then put soap into the washer (indicating that there are dirty dishes). The dishwasher is to be run every night. 3. Laundry: If laundry is left in the washer, please put it into the dryer at medium heat for 90 mins. If laundry is left in the dryer, please deposit onto the shelves in the back. 4. Trash: Trash day is Wednesday, please help out if you can. If the trash is full, then take it out to the bins in the front yard. 5. Garage, Shed, Crawlspace, and Laundry Room: Feel free to store stuff in an orderly manner in these areas. 6. Fridge and Pantry: Keep to your assigned areas in the fridge and pantry. 7. Respect: Treat everyone how you would like to be treated. Respect each other's privacy, space, and belongings.
