Empty trash regularly. -Clean, mop, sweep or vacuum stairwell/hallways regularly. -Communicate with the office and designated manger with status updates, maintenance updates, criminal or security matters, and any notices that require action. -Monitor property for any vandalism or damage, use incident reports properly. -Accept other duties assigned when and as needed. -Maintain keys and security of keys on site, and be sure that locks are shuffled for new move-ins. Ensure new keys are available to management. -Submit pre-approved expenses for reimbursement in a timely manner. -Communicate all needs professionally and clearly both with Residents and Team.
