Excellent amenities(gym, pool, game room, study room), and close to Downtown and 4th Ave. I will also a parking pass for the Plaza Centro Garage (attached garage) that is paid through the end of July. The apartment is available on March 19 and I will pay for rent through the end of March, so you don't have to move in right away. You would be taking over the lease for the remainder of the term, July 31. I will pay for the Lease transfer fee, Cadence application fee, administrative fee, rent for the month of March, and include my fully paid garage permit.
