Eat in kitchen, washer and dryer hookup, 2 bedrooms plus an non heated attic. This is not a large house about 850 sq feet but you get a fenced yard, washer and dryer hookup for the same price as an apartment. The staircase going to 2nd floor will not fit large bedroom furniture. Large fenced yard, Electric heat. NO DOGS. $825 month plus tenant pays utilities. Tenants pay electric, water, sewer, trash. If you are a section 8 tenant I will accept a 2 bedroom voucher. You need to know when your current lease ends. 1st month rent and 1 month security to move in or $1650. Everyone over 18 needs to be on lease. I run credit checks and need copies of ID for everyone over 18. I do not rent to tenants that have previous evictions, or landlord tenant judgments
