It's a great Property and the only reason my partner and I are having to leave is due to my grandmother falling Ill after the death of my grandfather last year caused by Covid followed by a serious case of phenomena. Animals allowed. Renter responsible for yard maintenance and bills, water, electric and gas. Bills have been very reasonable and willing to show what ours have been since we moved in last may.
