All-inclusive rate includes: utilities (gas, electric and water); apartment with kitchenette and emergency alert system; housekeeping, linen and personal laundry services; maintenance of apartment and grounds; three chef-prepared meals served restaurant-style daily; a full calendar of educational, social and cultural opportunities each month; scheduled transportation to appointments and other outings, including museums, concerts at Crossing Park and plays at Sage College; on-site physical therapy provider; plenty of common space including living room, library, movie theater and spacious outdoor pavilion and garden with hilltop views of the Berkshire, Catskill and Adirondack Mountains. Care services, including assistance with activities of daily living and medication assistance, are available for an additional fee.All leases are month-to-month.
