Pets are welcome and there's a large fenced in yard and a very quiet family neighborhood. This is a month-to-month agreement and all we ask is that you pay rent on time and you give us at least 60 days notice before moving out. As long as we give you 48 hours we can enter the property. The security deposit is paid in full. As long as there is no damage done to the property or it's furnishings.
