The other two bedrooms have built-in queen-over-queen bunkbeds, and each bedroom has a pleasant view of pastures and mountains. On the main level, an open living room/dining area is topped with a 24 foot vaulted tongue-in-groove ceiling where 18-foot-tall windows provide spectacular views of Bear Lake and the quaint town of Laketown below. The well-appointed kitchen with double-oven gas stove and extra volume refrigerator offers everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. The family room on the lowest level boasts a wide screen HDTV with surround sound and a billiard/ping pong table. It also opens up to a shaded patio facing the lake with a grassy area for soaking up the sun. A wrap around deck offers incredible views of the lake, the mountains, and the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen. The home is fully furnished and equipped and has an extra deep two-car garage with automatic door openers. Fifteen minutes away, in Garden City, UT, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. A well-stocked liquor store is in Fish Haven, ID, only 30 minutes away. The beaches of Bear Lake are only 5-10 minutes from the house. Beach chairs, towels, and beach toys are available for your use. There's even a fishing pole and tackle box! Everything about this home and it's setting is private, quiet, and peaceful. It's the perfect get-out-of-the-city retreat! Tenant pays for propane gas, water, trash, electricity and internet (totals approximately $250/month). Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use in the home or on the premises. One or two SMALL pets (cats or dogs under 15 lbs.) are allowed with an extra, non-refundable cleaning fee of $750 charged in advance. Pets MUST be kept off upholstered and leather furniture. A large detached garage/workshop is on the property which the owner may access at any time but which the tenant will have no access to. It is advised that the tenant may need a front-wheel, all-wheel, or four-wheel drive to access the home should the private entry road become muddy or snowy. Preferred lease term is six months but we may consider a longer lease period.
