NOTE: This apartment is more that 850 sq ft, - not sure where Zillow got it's info. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends on January 3, 2014. Note, this is NOT a sublet. Once qualified, you will have the option to opt out once the lease expires or sign on for up to another year. Honestly, we love the spot and wouldn't be leaving but for my wife's new job. We're confident you'll love it, too. Highlights of the apartment: * Technically a 1+den, but effectively a two-bedroom; although the smaller room does not have a closet or its own bathroom, it'll easily accommodate a full bed, desk, and dresser * A good-sized kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) * A nicely-tiled bathroom (earth tones and such) that comes with a vanity mirror * Central AC & heat * There's also a fireplace, balcony and large living room. The building is full of amenities, too: * There's a manager in the lobby office five days a week * Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of by courteous staff * There's a pool and fitness center on the premises * This apartment comes with a single parking spot in an underground garage * Each floor contains a laundry room with three washers and six dryers As for the area, there's great food, its convenient to popular stores (VONS, Rite Aid and Ralph's are all within a ten-minute walk), and close to loads of public transportation (the Vermont & Wilshire metro station is a 15 min walk and there are lots of buses in the area). The apartment is also really close to USC & UCLA, so it would be perfect for scholars and students new to the area - particularly if you're only around for the Fall semester. All this is nearly impossible to find in Koreatown for this price (which includes trash and water fees). ***As an added incentive, I am offering $350 *CASH* to sign on and take over this lease from August 1st.*** Text or call for more info: 213-453-3826 Thanks!
