We are looking for the same in this unit. The available unit has washer/dryer hookups, as well as an attached 2 car garage. In addition, there are 2 other uncovered parking spots and a small yard available on the lot dedicated to this unit. We are having an open house on Saturday, 11/18/17 @12-4pm for prospective tenants where we will have rental applications to be completed. Once we select the tenant, we will conduct a criminal background check ($35) which the prospective tenant will be responsible for. The first month's rent, and security deposit equal to one month's rent, will be due upon the one year lease being signed. Please do not disturb the current tenants!!
