Unit 405 is on the fourth floor of the north building and has a wonderful view of Venetian Bay from the glass-enclosed lanai and also a great view of the Gulf from the balcony off of the bedrooms. The beach access is across the Blvd. The convenience is astounding. You can also walk to Venetian Village in 10 minutes and shop in their exclusive shops and enjoy lunch or dinner at a number of very fine restaurants. Why not take a ride on the Gondola at the Venetian Village Marina and dream of being in Venice or rent a power boat and cruise on Venetian Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The views are spectacular.
