We have lived in the unit and house for 15 years, so it is extremely well cared for and attended to. We are a middle aged male couple with a 14 pound dog. A tenant with a small dog that could share the backyard dog run with a doggy door would be superb. There have been many improvements to this 1915 duplex. Central air and heat added with all new windows three years ago. Nice new stove, large fridge with ice maker, bath fan, divided backyard with a dog run and doggy door, large deck and grill, lovely landscape and garden area, newer basement washer/dryer, single garage space with new opener, keyless house entry, on the bus route 22 with easy rail access. The newer windows keep the space nice and quiet. Required is a 30 dollar application fee to do our own background/credit check, income must be roughly 3x the rent or show ability to pay. No smoking. No cats. Small dog okay once approved/met with 50 dollar per month pet rent. Tenant pays gas/heat, electricity and internet/phone. We have been doing an airbnb for several years.
