You will love being so close to everything you love about Sarasota: Lido, downtown restaurants, the new Mall, the airport, opera, symphone, Ringling theater....all just five miles from this location which is off University Parkway. This is a cozy home, newly renovated with granite in kitchen and bathrooms. Use the dining room as such, or enclose it and use it as a playroom, den, or even an extra bedroom with a sofa bed. If you want to enlarge the kitchen, no problem removing a wall and extending it into the hidden room off the lanai. All under roof and an easy fix if you want to make the kitchen into a full dining area. The Village of Beekman is gated at night, and the community fee includes basic cable AND landscape care. Newer roof and A/C means you won't need to do anything to the house before move-in.
