One can hear the roosters, horses, goats, chickens and bird watchers would be thrilled! The Deer are plentiful and fun to watch but no hunting allowed on the premises. I prefer no pets but we can discuss. There are HOA restrictions and covenants to be followed. No outdoor burning. Application, Credit Check required.
