TV and living room furniture is included along with a full stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils. Blinds are on all windows and sliding glass door to the back yard. All rooms are well sized, even the laundry area! Small pets (cats and dogs) are allowed with an additional $100 nonrefundable fee. There is a 2 car garage and 2 spots on the drive for parking. Attic storage may be accessed from the garage. Renter must be approved by HOA. HOA and law care will be paid by owner. Electric, Gas and Water/Sewer will be in renter's name. Smoking is allowed only out back on the porch. There is a renter in the unit who is willing to show the house.
