My apologies for it being messy, but the home will be tidied up before renting obviously. Our family are moving out of necessity, but we want to keep the place as a rental because we love it so much and want the ability to return some day. Fantastic neighborhood with great walking around a local loop and down the road in the woods. It's close enough to Bloomington to get groceries delivered and DoorDash, and drive in for events/trips, but far enough away from the chaos to relax in a cozy wooded 2 acres. It's about 10 minutes from Walmart for perspective. One quirk of the property is that you will have amazon deliveries coming once every morning (between 8-10) to deliver some (30ish) packages that my driver picks up to deliver to the locals. It's very nondisruptive just like an amazon delivery. You could also potentially pick up a side gig delivering packages if interested. Also, there is a basement, but it will be used for my storage. The property has a fenced in backyard for the kiddos and pets to enjoy without requiring you to supervise too much. 2 car attached garage so you don't have to worry about dealing with your car in the morning. Great internet service for remote workers with Xfinity. Lots of rooms that can serve as a bedroom, office, or play area. Very peaceful at night and lots of wildlife to watch right from your front porch or yard while being surrounded by a small woods on all sides. Can be left furnished with a few exceptions of the primary kitchen table, king bed, dressers, and kids beds/loft. Owner pays for water and gas. Renter pays electric. No smoking allowed
